PricingBrief

About PricingBrief

PricingBrief watches the public pricing pages of widely used SaaS vendors, diffs them week over week, and emails a weekly digest of meaningful changes.

Who PricingBrief is for

PricingBrief is for procurement, finance, RevOps, and SaaS operators who need to catch public pricing-page changes before renewal conversations, budget refreshes, or vendor consolidation work. It is especially useful when a company pays for dozens of tools and no one owns weekly monitoring.

The tracked vendor board shows PricingBrief's current tracked pricing for every vendor, each card linked to its live source page. Retained snapshot evidence for specific pricing-change claims lives in the weekly brief and the public archive.

How the weekly SaaS pricing monitor works

Headless Chromium captures vendor pricing pages daily. PricingBrief compares the latest retained snapshots against the prior week, filters for visible pricing and packaging changes, and renders a cited digest. You can read a source-backed sample issue before subscribing.

Evidence and corrections

Every public issue keeps links to retained snapshot evidence. If a vendor, reader, or subscriber finds a mistake, corrections can be sent to the address listed in the Terms of Service.

Cadence

One email per week. This is not a real-time alerting system.

Who runs it

PricingBrief is run by Aaron at Forethought Studio. Questions, corrections, and privacy requests go to the addresses listed in the legal pages.
